A Nigerian student who seems less bothered about the ongoing ASUU strike, has decided to get himself busy and make money.
The young man took to social media to happily show off his recently launched business following months of staying at home due to the industrial action embarked on by Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
ASUU has been on strike since March 2020, following its demand for the federal government to effect the agreement both parties reached in 2009, with regards to remuneration and other benefits.
@cityboyoflagos who felt the need to explore his entrepreneurial side, opened up a clothing and branding shop and shared the news with his followers on Twitter.
He uploaded photos of himself at work and made reference to the ongoing strike action.
“ASUU wants to close school for 3-5 years
Wahala for student wey no get business o.” the young man wrote.
