A video shared online shows the heartwarming moment Nigerian athlete, Tobi Amusan, did the ‘Buga‘ dance shortly after breaking the world record at the World Athletics Championship in Oregon.

Tobi who clinched gold at the women’s 100-meter hurdles race in the early hours of Monday, July 25, was beaming with joy after emerging winner of the tournament and was celebrating her victory on the track when a Caucasian man in the spectator stand started singing Kizz Daniel’s hit song, Buga, and shouted Tobi’s name repeatedly.

The song caught Tobi’s attention and she stopped immediately to dance happily and flex her shoulders as meant by the song title ‘Buga’.
