Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, has stated that Nigerians buy the cheapest petrol in the world.
Eniola Badmus is well-known for her strong support for the All Progressives Congress, particularly Bola Tinubu, both before and after the elections.
Speaking in an Instagram Live interview with Daddy Freeze, she backed President Tinubu because he is a happy giver who is always willing to extend a helping hand to others, characterizing him as a philanthropist.
The actress went on to say that many people are blaming Tinubu for fuel price increases since they don’t understand what a subsidy is. She stressed that Nigeria has the world’s cheapest petrol.
Her statement stirred reactions from netizens who stated that being a philanthropist was not a characteristic of a good president.
