It has been alleged that the founder of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, was captured in a purported voice note raining heavy curses on former security guards known as ‘Happie Boys’.
The young men, Matthew Precious Kelechi and Amakor Johnson, posted the voice note on social media shortly after accusing him of abandoning them in Cyprus despite ‘promising’ to sponsor their studies abroad.
Recall that the duo were offered the scholarships after they were fired by a food-retail outfit for dancing on duty in their security uniforms. At the time, the clergyman was moved by their plight and decided to sponsor their education.
However, in an unexpected new twist, the boys recently revealed on social media that they had dropped out of school due to a lack of sponsorship. They claimed every time they contacted the clergyman for funds, he either claimed to be broke or ignored their messages. Read here
Amid the saga, Happie Boys have shared an alleged voice note in which the pastor cursed them for being ungrateful after he fully sponsored their relocation to Cyprus.
He also cursed them with extreme poverty and declared that they would never be able to achieve anything in life, let alone own a plot of land.
