Controversial media personality, Shade Ladipo, has urged people to allow women who want to wish themselves Happy Fathers Day to do so.
She stated this in a post shared via her Instastory on the Fathers day celebration on Sunday, June 18, in reaction to the controversy surrounding single mothers who celebrate themselves on such days.
According to her, single mothers should be allowed to celebrate fathers day because people don’t know the sacrifices they have made for her children.
She went on celebrate actress Tonto Dikeh, who shares a son with her ex-husband, businessman Olakunle Churchill, and Sophia Momodu, the first babymama of Nigerian singer Davido.
Shade wrote on her Instastories,
“If a woman wants to wish herself Happy Father’s Day please allow her breeeef. You’re not in the relationship You don’t know or understand the sacrifices she has made. Happy Father’s Day Sophia, Tonto and everyone else It.”
